...Today, TLP Custom Homes builds primarily on two subdivisions owned by Thomas Pollard as well as building on client’s individual lots. The company has produced approximately 400 custom homes in the last nine years ranging in size from 1500 to 4500 sq. ft.

After twelve years in business, Thomas Pollard still finds the building business challenging and rewarding. As in the very beginning, his principal focus is customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale of every home.
